Group therapy can help you gain new perspectives, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, increase self-compassion, and build healthier relationships. For many people, realizing that others understand experiences they have carried privately can also reduce feelings of shame, isolation, or being alone in their healing.

Overcoming Fear: A Faith-Based Support Group
Virtual support group | Open to participants across the U.S.
Do fear, anxiety, worry, or self-doubt keep you from moving forward? Maybe you overthink decisions, expect the worst, avoid opportunities, or feel a constant need to stay in control. You may know what Scripture says about fear and faith, yet still wonder, “Why is it so hard for me to trust God when I’m afraid?”
Overcoming Fear is a faith-based support group for Christian adults who want to understand what’s beneath their fear and learn how to move forward without letting it control their lives.
Through trauma-informed education, supportive discussion, nervous system regulation, practical tools, and faith-based reflection, we’ll explore the roots of fear, recognize patterns keeping you stuck, and strengthen your ability to navigate anxiety and uncertainty with greater courage and trust in God.
Fear may show up, but it doesn’t have to lead your life.
